Level Up Challenge Weeks Registration 😎
It’s time to rise, grow, and LEVEL UP.
Level Up Challenge Weeks are held during the last two weeks of the quarter and give each Athlete (who is eligible) the opportunity to put their training to the test, earn their required belt stripes, and show what it means to be EverStrong — on and off the mat. Sensei and the other Coaches and Assistant Coaches will be evaluating everyone during every class these weeks to ensure they have what it takes to be EverStrong and level up to the next belt rank.
🥋 Who Should Register:
✅ All athletes ages 4 & up who have earned their 🟥 Checkpoint for Success red stripe (earned during Week 6)
✅ All belt levels — from Mighty Mites (ages 4, 5, & 6) to Black Belts
💥 What It Involves:

Earn required stripes for belt advancement
🟥 Checkpoint for Success
The Checkpoint for Success red stripe is earned during Week 6.
🟪 Kihon (basics) / Kata (form/routine)
The Kihon/Kata purple stripe is earned by performing the requirements at a satisfactory level for the athlete's age and belt rank.
🟫 Goshinjutsu (Self-Protection)
The Goshinjutsu brown stripe is earned by performing the self-protection requirements at a satisfactory level for the athlete's age and belt rank.
NOTE: This stripe is NOT required for Mighty Mites.
⬛️ Kumite (Sparring)
The Kumite black stripe is earned by sparring at a satisfactory level for the athlete's age, size, and belt rank.
NOTE: This stripe is NOT required for Mighty Mites.
🟧 Ready for EverStrong Honors
The Ready for EverStrong Honors orange stripe is earned only after all other stripes have been earned. It signifies that the athlete is ready to receive their new belt rank at EverStrong Honors, held on the last Saturday of the quarter. -

Under Black Belt Athletes: $60
This is for all Athletes who are currently White Belt all the way up to those who are currently ranked Black/Red Belt and everything in between. So, if you or your child is training in Mighty Mites, FireStarters, Blaze, or Inferno... this is what you'd register them for. -
Black Belt Athletes: $30
This is for all Athletes currently training in the L.I.T. classes who are ranked 1st Recommended Belt or above.

📝 NOTE: Level Up Challenge Weeks Registration includes registration for EverStrong Honors so long as the athlete has earned all their required stripes for leveling up.

👕 What to Wear: EverStrong Academy Uniform (ESA Jersey & ESA Shorts), and your current karate belt. Please tuck your ESA Jersey into your ESA Shorts and then tie your belt around your waist.
