The EverStrong Academy Standard Bo (Staff) is extremely lightweight and has the perfect dimensions for beginners and includes a handy carrying case.
Available in two sizes: 4'5" or 5'0"
It is suggested that the bo is no more than 6 inches tall than the user. It also should not be more than 6 inches shorter unless the user is taller than 5'6".
